International participants to the 45th ISPN Congress may require visas in order to enter United States.

Denver is near to Denver International Airport, the 6th busiest airport in US, making it ideal for international conventions.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is a major airline hub in the United States. Since the airport opened in 1995, it has consistently won readers' choice awards from publications like Business Traveler Magazine. The airport offers free Wi-Fi access in public areas and a diverse array of dining and shopping choices.

At a cost of only $9 each way, travelers can now take the airport rail from DEN to Denver Union Station and vice versa. The 23-mile ride takes approximately 37 minutes. The rail line serves eight total stations, including the new Westin Denver International Airport Hotel, connected to the airport itself.

Located northeast of downtown Denver, a cab or shuttle ride puts you in the heart of the city in about 25 minutes. The city's public transport system, Regional Transportation District (RTD), also operates five bus routes under the frequent airport express bus service called skyRide.



In most years, Denver averages a daily maximum temperature for October that's between 61 and 69 degrees Fahrenheit (16 to 20 degrees Celsius). The minimum temperature usually falls between 34 and 38 °F (1 to 3 °C). Half the time, Denver receives 0.5 to 2 inches (11 to 38 mm) of precipitation in October. Moderate to light rain expected in October.

One in four years has drier weather, while another one in four is wetter. October is Denver's least windy month. The temperatures at night will drop significantly at night even when warm during the day, so make sure you a jacket and appropriate clothing.

All of the city's hotels and facilities, including the Congress venues, are fully air-conditioned.

The dress code for ISPN 2017 is business formal for all occasions unless stated otherwise.

Electrical Supply
If you bring any electrical appliance to the USA, you may need an adaptor to fit the US electrical receptacles. You may also need a converter to change the voltage from 110 volts to 220 volts.


The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participant. Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Secretariat assume any liability.

Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
