During the Meeting, there will be a Registration Desk within the David Intercontinental Tel Aviv for on-site registrations and distribution of the name badges and for helping the participants in the issues related with their registrations.

***The category is for attending only the Nursing Symposium. The participant will only get name badge for the symposium and the symposium certificate. If you are registered to the Meeting from the "Nurse" category, you do not need to register to the symposium separately. 

Registration fee for all the Meeting registration categories includes: Entry to all Meeting sessions, entrance to the exhibition area and poster sessions, final program book, CNS journal, ID badge, coffee breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner

The registration fee for the main meeting does not include the attendance of the courses. If you are interested in attending the courses, you will need to register separately.

You may also register for the courses only even you are not registered for the main Meeting.

Letter of Confirmation: A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.

Cancellation of Registration & Courses: Your registration will be confirmed by letter, once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment. 

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 20 August 2018 up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50.-USD deduction for administrative expenses. 

For cancellations received after 20 August 2018, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

  • Notification of changes in reservation and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Mrs. Pinar Cobanoglu
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes.
  • A confirmation letter will be mailed within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.
  • Please make your bank transfer for your registration fee excluding the bank transfer charges. 


The official currency of the Meeting is USD.
