**Students & Medical Trainee ID card must be uploaded to the system during the online registration process. Residents can register under “Medical Trainee” category.
Registration fee includes (except Virtual Nursing Symposium & Accompanying Person categories): Access to all meeting sessions, exhibition & posters area, mini program, access to online CNS Journal, ID badge, coffee breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception, 50th Society Annual Networking Dinner
Registration fee for Accompanying Person Includes: ID badge, welcome reception, 50th Society Annual Networking Dinner
Registration for Virtual Nursing Symposium Includes: Access to the Virtual Nursing Symposium, symposium certificate of attendance
Registration for In-person Nursing Symposium Includes: Lunch and coffee breaks on October 14, symposium certificate of attendance
Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 19, 2024, and the registration fee will be refunded with a USD 65 deduction for administrative expenses.
For cancellations received on and after August 20, 2024, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
• Changes in registration and/or cancellations must be done in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Ms. Pinar Eresici peresici@kenes.com.
• All prices are inclusive of taxes.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The official currency of 50th Annual Meeting is US Dollar.
Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following means.

Please include transfer charges to the total amount that you will transfer. ISPN Meeting Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments.
ii. By credit card:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for payment. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a different currency than US Dollars, your bank will apply their daily exchange on the payment and Meeting Secretariat does not have any control on the application.
We regret that cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.
Registration and Information Desk
During the Meeting, there will be a Registration Desk within The Westin Harbour Castle (meeting venue) for on-site registration, distribution of the name badges and helping the participants with the issues related to their registration. The opening hours of the registration desk will be announced closer to the Meeting.
