• Coffee break and lunch on October 8, 2026

Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Meeting Secretariat receives your full payment.

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 27, 2026, and the registration fee will be refunded with a USD 65 administrative fee deduction.

For cancellations received on and after August 28, 2026, the registration fee will be non-refundable.

Please include transfer charges in the total amount that you will transfer. The ISPN Meeting Secretariat has the right to ask for the difference for short payments.

Holders of Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / Debit cards may use their cards for payment. A banking fee of 3.5% will be added to your registration fee for administrative charges.

Please note that if your account is in a different currency than USD, your bank will apply its daily exchange rate on the payment, and Meeting Secretariat does not have any control on the application.

We regret that cheques are not accepted as a form of payment.

Registration and Information Desk

During the Meeting, there will be a Registration Desk within InterContinental Cairo Semiramis (meeting venue) for on-site registration, distribution of the name badges and helping the participants with the issues related to their registration. The opening hours of the registration desk will be announced closer to the Meeting.
