My neurosurgery training began in India at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. I had further training in the UK and followed it up with a clinical fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada. I have a particular interest in craniofacial surgery and anterior skull base surgery.
I am a senior member of the supraregional multidisciplinary craniofacial team at Alder Hey. I still retain a small adult neurosurgery practice based at the Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool which is built around mainly endoscopic anterior skull base surgery, complex cranial defect reconstruction and transition service for pediatric neurosurgery patients.
